Vantaca

Welcome to the new CAMCO homeowner portal experience. Effective July 1, 2026, CAMCO Services of New York, Inc. has transitioned our community to the Vantaca Owner Portal, a new online system designed to provide easier access to your account information, online payments, community documents, maintenance requests, and association communications.

Action Required for All Homeowners
All homeowners must update their payment information, regardless of how they previously made their common charge payments.

If you currently pay by:
  • Automatic ACH withdrawal: You must establish a new payment method in the Vantaca portal.
  • Online Bill Pay through your bank: You must delete your previous payee information and create a new payee using your new account number and payment address.
  • Mailed check: You must use the new payment mailing address and include your new account number.
Please do not continue using your previous payment instructions.

Important Dates
  • July 1, 2026: Vantaca portal becomes active.
  • July 8, 2026: Deadline to enroll in ACH payments for the July withdrawal.
  • July 2026: Late fees will be waived during the transition period.
  • August 2026: Account balances, credits, and payment histories are expected to be fully reconciled in the new system.

Accessing the Vantaca Portal

Homeowners should have received an email from CAMCO containing:
  • Your new account number
  • Your registration key
  • Instructions for creating your Vantaca account

If you did not receive your registration email or mailed notice, please contact CAMCO or submit a request through the community website.  Any homeowner who did not have an e-mail on file will have a hardcopy letter mailed out with specific instructions.

New Payment Mailing Address

Beginning July 1, 2026, all mailed common charge payments should be sent to:
CAMCO Services of NY
PO Box 5319
Deptford, NJ 08096

Please do not mail payments to the previous New York payment address.

When mailing a check, include your new account number in the memo field.

Important Account Balance Information

During the transition period:
  • Your initial Vantaca account balance may only display your July common charges.
  • Previous credits, prepayments, and past due balances may not appear immediately.
  • Account reconciliation is expected to be completed during August 2026.

For July, please pay your normal monthly assessment amount.
