Amenities & Hours
Residents can enjoy the following Facilities and Amenities at Birchwood Spring Lake:
- Clubhouses: Residents have access to two clubhouses, Eastview & Westview Clubhouse, where they can socialize, participate in activities, and enjoy community events, including the use of the clubhouse kitchens.
- Pools: Our community has four pools, providing ample opportunities for swimming, relaxation, and sunbathing, indoors and outdoors at both clubhouses.
- Gyms: Stay active with two well-equipped gyms, perfect for workouts and fitness routines, inside both clubhouses.
- Golf Course: Golf enthusiasts can tee off at the 9-hole private golf course within the community. Free for residents and open to guests.
- Racquetball: Engage in friendly matches at the racquetball courts in the Westview Clubhouse.
- Billiards, Mahjong, Cards: Enjoy a game with fellow residents in several of our indoor and outdoor spaces and tables.
- Bocce Ball: Try your hand at bocce ball on the dedicated courts.
- Pickleball and Tennis: Play pickleball or tennis on the outdoor community courts.
- Basketball & Playgrounds: Play a game of basketball at the Westview clubhouse or run around the playgrounds at both clubhouses.
- Security: The community is gated and secure, with 24-hour surveillance.

- Clubhouses: Open during specified hours for gatherings, events, and club meetings.

- Golf Course Fee is $100 (annual) for guest passes
- Racquetball, Billiards, Bocce Ball, Pickleball, and Tennis Courts: Available during daylight hours, weather permitting.
