Using multiple major routes, you can access Birchwood at Spring Lake from the following roadways:
 
Route 25A and Route 112:
  • Head north on Main St toward Union Ave.
  • Turn left onto Union Ave.
  • Turn right onto Patchogue-Holbrook Rd.
  • Turn left onto Portion Rd.
  • Turn right onto Route 112 N.
  • Turn left onto Route 25A W.
  • Turn right onto Birchwood Park Dr.
  • Turn left to stay on Birchwood Park Dr.
  • The destination will be on the right.
 
 
I-495 W and Route 25A:
  • Head west on Patchogue-Holbrook Rd toward Holbrook Rd.
  • Turn left onto Holbrook Rd.
  • Turn right onto the I-495 W ramp to New York.
  • Merge onto I-495 W.
  • Take exit 63 for North Ocean Ave toward Ronkonkoma.
  • Turn right onto North Ocean Ave.
  • Turn left onto Portion Rd.
  • Turn right onto Route 112 N.
  • Turn left onto Route 25A W.
  • Turn right onto Birchwood Park Dr.
  • Turn left to stay on Birchwood Park Dr.
  • The destination will be on the right.
 

I-495 W and Route 112:
  • Head west on Patchogue-Holbrook Rd toward Holbrook Rd.
  • Turn left onto Holbrook Rd.
  • Turn right onto the I-495 W ramp to New York.
  • Merge onto I-495 W.
  • Take exit 63 for North Ocean Ave toward Ronkonkoma.
  • Turn right onto North Ocean Ave.
  • Turn left onto Portion Rd.
  • Turn right onto Route 112 N.
  • Turn right onto Birchwood Park Dr.
  • Turn left to stay on Birchwood Park Dr.
  • The destination will be on the right.
